Our unique manufacturing process
1. Harvesting the flax
We collect the raw material from flax dyers within a 40 km radius of us.
2. Storage
The flax is then stored for its natural processing to occur.
3. Maturation
This phase is characterised by a slower transformation of the material, which corresponds to its natural maturation process. This period takes at least 3 years.
4. Natural stabilisation
This stage of the process results in a final product that is sufficiently stable for storage and use. It will now possess an optimal UFR.
5. Tracability and analysis
Samples are sent for analysis to approved external laboratories for quality monitoring and to check that they comply with standard NF U 44-551.

Terreau Flore Bleue's mulches are of an organic origin. Within the range, you can find fertilising, mineral and plant mulch: bark, classic mulch and wood chips. They create a natural cover over the soil which has many advantages for your planting, for example the regulation of soil temperature, savings water, reduced weed proliferation and the development of microbial life.
